Fixer Uppers For Sale

Tom and Marilyn Roth have been building a family business since 1984. It has developed from a small dream to a true family business. We now have the joy of having our first two sons joining us in this endeavor. Through the years it has always been a family effort. From our three sons' and daughter's earliest years they have grown and learned the business. We started specializing in small single family rentals in Tom's old stomping grounds on the Southside and still have much interest this area. Since then we have expanded to much of central Iowa.
